Representatives from Three Nations Ltd and Fullcircle Total Facilities Management announced that the two companies have now merged and will remain registered as Three Nations Ltd, but trading as Fullcircle in an aim to create one brand united voice.

Three Nations Ltd is the UK’s largest independent drinks dispense service provider, carrying out approximately 150,000 service calls a year. Whilst, Fullcircle offer a comprehensive and integrated range of services to fulfil clients’ property maintenance requirements from grounds maintenance, building and electrical maintenance, security and cleaning.

“The merger means that Fullcircle will now be able to provide a one stop shop service to the public and private sector” states Marc Eckley CEO,  “I want to provide a service to our customers that takes the hassle out of their day. No longer will they have to find different companies to provide solutions for all their property maintenance needs and drinks dispense services, just one phone call to Fullcircle and we can do the rest” explains Marc.

Three Nations Ltd was developed in 2008 through the merger of DJ’s Refrigeration in Wales, Total Cellar Services in England and Dispense Services in Scotland, hence the name Three Nations Ltd. From this merger Three Nations became the largest independent drinks dispense supplier in the UK, winning contracts with AB-Inbev,the largest brewer in the world and independent brewers such as Wells & Young and pub companies like Mitchells and Butlers.

“As a business we have had to face the challenges of a diminishing market in the drinks industry” explains Daryl Moss, Managing Director. “The business needed to take a new direction to enhance and grow our services that we offer our current and potential customers.
