After being heavily involved with the charity Dreams and Wishes, Fullcircle have made another wish come true for Alex, another hugely inspirational Dreams and Wishes’ child. Last week, Marc Eckley, Managing Director of Fullcircle, and John Harris, public speaker and former Paralympian, joined charity trustee Sian in visiting Alex in hospital to present him with his new iPhone 5.
Alex’s family contacted Dreams and Wishes after he recently lost a leg to his illness. After spending a lot of time in hospital, Alex wanted an iPhone and to return to school. Marc jumped at the chance to help Alex, bought an iPhone 5 to give to this courageous fourteen year old boy.
‘Alex is such a courageous boy and we’re delighted that Marc and John have chosen to help him. It was amazing to see Marc give Alex his iPhone. Alex couldn’t believe he now has his own!’ said Sian.
Alex’s surprises didn’t stop there though. When he was talking to Marc, he revealed that his favourite football team was Liverpool FC and he would love to be able to see them play. Marc immediately wanted to help and he has promised to organise this to happen when they play Cardiff in next year’s Premier League. Marc Eckley said “it’s such a fantastic experience to work with Dreams and Wishes in helping the lives of seriously ill children. At Fullcircle, we believe small gestures can make a huge difference, not only to those in need, but also to ourselves. Our Fullcircle Foundation will continue to work on giving faith to those who have abandoned hope.”

He was, and still is a fine example of someone who made the most of what they had. The Fullcircle Foundation is proud to have helped Alex and pass on our
